What motivates the most? Money or Empowerment: Mediating Role of Employee Commitment to Organizational Performance

The study leads to understanding the relationship between human resources (HR) practices and outcomes maintain organizational performance (OP) in Saudi Arabia. It concentrates on whether HR quality overcome quantity or not educational sectors. Convenience sampling was used collect data using google forms based A structured questionnaire. total of 759 responses were successfully received completed. questionnaire consists items measuring different aspects practices, employee commitment, performance. structural equation modelling (SEM) method path analysis Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) analytical software. results show a reasonable fit analysed proposed research model: SRMR (0.072), CR > 0.7, AVE 0.5, Cronbach Alpha VIF < 5. reveals that empowerment is strong predictor than compensation. Moreover, commitment (mediate) partially contributes practitioners may employees’ more regularly learn if produce desired level This limited universities responders who participated Future studies should focus other economic sectors help generalize validate study’s hypothetical model.
